Frequently asked

Questions
procurement actually asks.

Investigator tier covers most relator firms. Many firms prefer per-case licensing over per-seat — we accommodate either, billable to the case file or paid from the firm's litigation account. Contingent-fee arrangements are available for select engagements; ask in your initial call.

Most state MFCUs can issue direct task orders under existing cooperative purchasing agreements (e.g. NASPO ValuePoint, state IT cooperatives). We also accept state-specific RFP responses. The Agency tier contract is built to slot into standard state procurement timelines (60–90 day signature).

GSA Schedule listing in progress (FY27 target). Today we serve federal buyers through prime-contractor partnerships, BPAs, and direct IDIQs. We will respond to any RFP, RFI, or sources-sought notice on SAM.gov — reach out with the solicitation number.

Yes. We run paid pilots — 6 weeks, fixed fee, scoped to a redacted sample of your data. Pilots include a working investigator-surface deployment, citation-grounded findings on your real claims, and a written report. Pilot fee credits toward annual contract if you proceed.

By unique billed line items analyzed in a calendar month. A 50-page chart with 12 billed lines counts as 12. Overage is billed at the published per-claim rate or rolled into the next tier — your account team will recommend the right path before any surprise invoice.

Your data is exportable at any time during the contract. After termination, all customer data and derived artifacts are deleted within 30 days, with cryptographic erasure attested in writing. Audit logs of access during the contract remain available for 7 years per HIPAA retention requirements.

Send us a redacted extract.
We'll find what's hiding.

Standard MNDA. 50MB sample. 48-hour analysis. A 30-minute walkthrough where every finding cites the regulation. No deck, no upsell.
